Refund Policy

We understand that customers may need to exchange merchandise. In efforts to accommodate our customers, Fly & Fabulous Boutique accepts exchanges as long as we are notified within 5 days of purchase date. Fly & Fabulous Boutique offers refunds if merchandise is damaged or the wrong merchandise is received.

In the event that merchandise is damaged or the wrong merchandise is received, we will send you the correct item or issue a full refund if we no longer carry that item in stock. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Buyers will be responsible for any damaged returned items. 

All refunds will be processed within 10-14 days after we receive your package.

If a customer would like to exchange a size and we have it in stock, we will issue a complimentary exchange once the item is received back in our warehouse. Please send a message through the Contact Us link found on our website to initiate a size exchange.

All SALE items are final and nonrefundable.
